During quarantine we danced on zoom together every Sunday- and we got down!
This bundle includes 4 classes, 1 hr each.

Dance through a progression of exercises leading up to a short combination emphasizing one of the following themes:
-Arm Flow
-Snakes & Waves
-Footwork for Head Movement
-Advanced Head Movement
